Titan Benchmarks License

The blif format Titan benchmarks and the VTR architecture files they target and contained in the Titan download files follow the standard MIT license described here and copied below for your convenience.

The original HDL-format benchmark circuits are all open source but each have their own individual terms and conditions which are listed in the source code of each benchmark.

Subject to these conditions, the benchmarks are provided free of charge to all interested parties.
