ISTEP
ISTEP (Institute for Studies in Transdisciplinary Engineering Education & Practice) supports educational initiatives that connect engineering education with real-world practice. ECC
ECC (Engineering Career Centre) supports U of T engineering students in securing meaningful professional experiences. Services include job search assistance, resume reviews, interview preparation, and access to exclusive job postings — all designed to help you make a positive impact in the workplace.
Troost ILead
Troost ILead offers leadership development programs for engineering students, including workshops, courses, and experiential learning opportunities. These programs focus on communication, teamwork, and leadership skills that are relevant across technical and professional roles.
Career Advising Appointments
University-wide career advising services are available to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent alumni (within two years of graduation). One-on-one appointments may be helpful for career exploration, job search strategies, resume feedback, and planning next steps after graduation.
